1. Indicative Pricing, Quotations & Taxes

• All prices displayed on this website for our 242+ machine models are indicative ex-works base prices in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change based on raw material costs, die size, motor horsepower, and automation configuration.
• Applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST), packaging/crating charges, and road transport freight are billed extra as specified on the written proforma quotation and final tax invoice.
• Only the specifications, accessories, and commercial terms explicitly written on the signed proforma quotation / tax invoice issued by Bangasree Machinery shall be binding.

2. Specifications, Output & No-Earnings Disclaimer

• Production output figures mentioned on website pages or brochures (such as strokes per hour or kg per hour for a Paper Plate Making Machine, Agarbatti Making Machine, or Wire Nail Making Machine) are approximate estimates under standard test conditions.
• Actual workshop output depends on raw material quality, power stability, die maintenance, and operator skill.
• Bangasree Machinery makes no commitment or representation regarding fixed daily/monthly production volume, commercial sales, bank financing approval, or business financial earnings.

3. Service Terms, Delivery & Inspection

• Buyers are encouraged to inspect and verify the selected machine model at our East Kolkata premise prior to order booking and dispatch.
• Any component service support on motors, gearboxes, or hydraulic units applies strictly according to the terms written on the buyer's tax invoice. Consumable parts, dies, heaters, blades, and electrical switches are excluded.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All commercial quotations, invoices, transactions, and disputes involving Bangasree Machinery are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
